 Handling lost/mishandled baggage cases.
 Reservation fresh etkt issuance and reissuance of tickets to the passengers, transferring of passengers onto other airlines in case of flight interruptions.
 Working on various reservation systems like Amadeus, Artica, Gabriel and checkin systems like Lufthansa Guide check in system, DCS, Arco and Babel Check in system.
 Sorting out all kinds of irregularities on the tickets. Boarding gate control
