Preparation & floating of tenders to contractors, evaluation of offers, technical discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.
Involved in the preparation of project specifications for Handled Erection, Testing & commissioning of 38/48 MVA & 50/63 MVA Generator Transformer & 3.15 MVA Distribution Transformer, 4 MVA Converter Transformer, 33KV HT Switch board Panel, and MCC, PCC, Including Siemens make numerical relay (7SJ800).

Erection, Testing & commissioning of 2.5MVA Transformer, 6.6KV HT Switch board, and MCC, PCC, Including Siemens make numerical relay (7SJ800).
Erection & Commissioning of field instrument like Speed Switch, Shaft Encoder, Pressure Switch, Pressure & Temperature Transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple etc.
Erection & commissioning of Automation System Siemens make (S7 -400H) PLC. Laying and Termination of shielded cable.
Planning and execution of Maintenance schedule.
Overall maintenance of H.T. /L.T. switch gears, MCCs, PCCs, A.C. induction motors.
