Review on frequent basis of maintenance schedule plan.
Making preventive maintenance history cards of individual Equipment’s.  Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive maintenance activities and priority to minimize the
down time of machines.
 Electrical maintenance of industrial drives, power & control systems,  Procurement of the material for Project.  Maintain good motivation with staff and co-operation and co-ordination with the management.
 Preparation of preventive maintenance checklists for smooth and safe operation.
 Preparation of Job/Work allotment for daily basis.
 Preparation, analyzing of power consumption and load characteristics sheet section wise and driveeriodical maintenance of 33/10,33/6.6 KV outdoor substation. ONAN/ONAF Power transformers
with ON LOAD TAP CHANGER.  Ensuring the full safety of the electricity producing materials and employees.
 Operational maintenance &Trouble shooting of internal control circuitry for liquid resistance
starters, Grid resistance starters, Soft starters, Star/Delta starters and DOL starters.  Well knowledge in HT & LT control circuits.  I have good Knowledge in Operation and maintenance working experience in SIEMENS MAKE
