I worked as a staff nurse in Medical ICU of Grace multi specialty Hospital , Chennai, Tertiary health care hospital providing patient care in all major surgical specialties including Anesthesiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery and Medical Specialties including Hematology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology (Medical & Surgical) and Nuclear Medicine.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Initiates and Performs a range of nursing measures based on patients needs.
Performs a variety of supportive and technical nursing skills and utilizes a range of equipments.
Provides a safe, therapeutic, Personalized Physical and Psychological for Patient Care.
Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients / families and include their participation in care.
Plans and provides patients / family teaching during daily care
Actives participate in CPR.
Reports and documents significant information through established oral and written process.
Provides clinical guidance, direction and coordination of activities for axiallary and other nursing personnel within the area.
Participates in aspects of total nursing care program, such as patient care conferences, staff orientation, continuing educations and quality assonances.
Demonstrate knowledge and competence in all areas of general nursing.
