INTRODUCTION :
I take an opportunity to introduce myself as a Graduate engineer from Asansol Engineering College under University of W.B.U.T. I passed my graduation in Electronics & Communication stream with 1st class in 2007.

1. WORKING FOR VODAFONE BSS ENGG.(NOKIA SIEMENS NETWOKS . EXT.)(7th july,2009 to 20th feb,2011) .HERE I DEALT WITH BG20,BG30, BG40, XDM100, XDM50 MUX.,ALSO HANDALING BSC MONITORING AND SITE CREATION.
2. PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR M/S 3 GUYS OUTSOURCED NSN AIRTEL O&M ENGG reliever. DEALT WITH BSC, TEJAS MUX, NEC etc. also site maintenance.
3. Working for Strong tower Pvt. Ltd in West Bengal ROB Vodafone project..
Working as a Team leader : in Installation, Commissioning and Integration of Base Transceiver Station(BTS).
This includes :
Installation of BTS, GSM, Feeder cable, Connector, Jumpers, Flexi Hopper and Microwave antenna.
Commissioning of Nokia Ultra BTS, Nokia RRI and E1/T1, Nokia FIU 19E & SEMENS IDU.
Alignment of Flexi Hopper and Microwave antenna.
Installation and connections of Delta, Eltek.
Site Integration with Alarm Testing.
VSWR, Return loss, Cable loss, TRX power measurement.
Acceptance test (AT) with Folder works.
3. Previously working as BTS Commissioning Engineer :
NR SWITCH N RADIO SERVICES PVT LTD, Kota (Rajasthan).
Designation : - Engineer (BTS). (Code: M-030).
From 06th-Feb-2008 to 31th-July-2008.
INSTRUMENTS USED :
Anritsu and Bird site master to measure VSWR, Return loss, Cable loss, DTF of feeder cable.
Frequency counters to find out working frequency and set the DAC value of Nokia BTS.
Power meter to measure TRX power with and without Combiner.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
End to end Responsible for the commissioning, integration, alarm checking of new BTS sites (Ultra/Metro site) in GSM 1800/900 band to bring the site On Air with Quality.
Interaction with customer, Bharti/Idea regarding various quality issues for the existing network.
Manage the BTS team and guiding in installation works.
Antenna and Feeder cable installation, VSWR measurement, Power measurement, Software download - upload of Nokia Ultra site Edge BTS.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Degree – B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Asansol Engineering College under W.B.U.T in 2007 with 73.2% .
Diploma – in Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. From Purulia Polytechnic under W.B.S.C.T.E in 2004 with 77.4%
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
+2 Passed in 2000 with 52.5% marks from Parbelia Colliary High School under W.B.C.H.S.E.
10th Passed in 1998 with 66.67% marks from Parbelia Colliary High School under W.B.B.S.E.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING :
1. Four weeks training in B.S.N.L, Kalyani on GSM, CDMA, different Exchanges, internet and P.C.M.
