Improving the performance of BSC by checking the alarm reports of sites.
Handling of interference issues by change of frequency, parameter of site & neighboring sites, antenna orientation
Analysis of Statistics and Drive tests Data for monitoring the performance of the network and generate report of the findings.
Improving the identified problems through hardware change, antenna change, antenna refinement like down/up tilts, change orientation & radiation center height.
Parameter changes for Handover and Power control, addition of missing neighbors.
Troubleshooting of the network based on customer complaints.
