Associate myself to work in the cutting edge of maintenance engineer and carve a niche for myself in the field of Mobile hydraulics, Testing of Hydraulic Pumps & Trouble shooting.
PERSONAL INTRODUCTION :
A Diploma graduate aged 35 years (27/02/75) with good skills in trouble shooting in Mobile hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems and addition with an ability of Testing of Open loop and closed loop pumps as per manufacturer standards.
EDUCATIONAL PROFILE :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Tamilnadu polytechnic, Govt. of Tamilnadu, Madurai (1995 – 1999) with complete knowledge in Automobile.
CAD ORIENTED software (version-2008) was completed at India in Appollo computer education.

Working as a PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER in M/s. SHRISTI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS, MADURAI, (Authorized Dealer of HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT INDIA PVT LTD) from 22/03/2010 to Till Date.
Worked as a SERVICE ENGINEER in M/s. GERMAN GULF ENTERPRISES LTD., Sharjah UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (Authorized Dealer of BOSCH -REXROTH & PUTMEISTER CONCRETE PUMP) from 7/03/2005 to 16/12/2009.
Worked as a SERVICE ENGINEER in M/s. JAYARAJ AUTOMOBILE AGENCY Madurai, (Authorized Dealer of JCB Earth moving & Construction equipments) from 12/07/99 to 25/05/2002 but considering capabilities, and efforts promoted as BRANCH MANAGER in Tanjore, effective from 26/05/2002 to 25/02/2005.

6 Maintain the history of customer, to provide solutions at proper on time and for the future proposals.
7 Communicate with HCEI and Hyundai R&D to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
8 Explore feedback and complaints procedures to benefit for organization as well as customers.
9 Liable for acquiring training for product support expert on updated technologies and products.
10 Manage the employee’s activities of over 15 technical product support experts.
11 Monitoring the executed projects status, Describe & project Documentation for the Upcoming projects to achieve the maximum business potential through that to increase the market share.
HYDRAULICS & PNEUMATICS :
Over five years of experience in the JCB range of earth moving equipments industry, which includes JCB products of 3D, 3CX, 4CX, 430 Loader, JS75 mini track excavator, JS210, JS330 tracked excavators.
FIVE -years of experience in PUTZMEISTER Truck mounted - concrete pumps, stationery pumps, LIEBHERR & STETTER truck mixers, Atlas mobile cranes, LIEBHERR excavator, Atlas Excavator.
Trouble shooting in MOBILE, INDUSTRIAL & MARINE oriented hydraulic circuits, SERVICING of Hydraulic components like Valve blocks, Vibrator Power packs (BAUER), Reconditioning of Cylinders, Mobile Cranes & Excavators Etc., Testing of All hydraulic pumps with master standards for BOSCH REXROTH, SAUER UNSDSTRAND, HYDROMATIK, ATOS, VICKERS, COMMERCIAL, DENISON, CATERPILLAR,VOLVO Etc.,
