As working in a Per-opening team helped the Executive Chef in setting up of the kitchen department.
Manages day to day functions in the department with my co-chefs.
Conducting menu planning, menu rotation, food trails and food tasting sessions with my senior chef on regular bases.
Handling guests enquires, complain, suggestions and making a complete report to the Ex. Chef.
Giving proper training to the chefs under me.
Taking and following new guidelines from my senior chefs.
Setting up buffet in the restaurants, coffee shop, and banquet area on regular bases.
Forecasting material requirement, indenting and cost control.
