** Installing SQL 2008 R2 and taking backup & Restore the database.
** Installing and updating the service pack, Windows Patches, Antivirus,
** Troubleshooting and resolved incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop and associated peripherals.
** Installing & Configuring MS Outlook2003, 2007, 2010 & Outlook Express.
** Blackberry synchronizes for curve 9300.
** Handling Ticketing tools
like remedy and Services mange Engine.
** Installing, configuring & Maintaining ADS, DNS & DHCP Servers.
** Installing & configuring Active Directory & creating users & group, Assigning Sharing &security Permission to Respective Users.
** Resetting username and password if user account gets lock
** Software installations such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, encryption for HDD, GNPUG and mail client etc.
** Monitoring the network with the help of Netmeeting, VNC Viewer & Team Viewer.
** Installing anti-virus on desktops scanning and removing Virus.Taking data Backup and system Restore.
** Handling third party software for taking entire backup OS (Norton Ghost)
** Using Clonezilla software taking system image and restore.
** Taking and maintaining asset details.
** Coordinating with third party vendors Laptop hardware Problem (HP& Dell Vendors).
