JOB RESPONSIBILITES  :
I have Maintain below activities on Daily, Monthly and Yearly basis for the top management/CEO to help them decision making and to present to other members when required.
Responsible to ensure all raw materials and finished goods entries are accurate and reconcile with inventory records.
Responsible for generating variance reports of actual versus BOM (Bill of materials) and escalate to Production manager if variance exceeds set limits.
Responsible for doing plant wise material balance (raw materials, Work in Process, finished goods) to account for goods movement.
Responsible to interface with finance on stock take activities to ensure accurate stock inventory.
Responsible for reviewing raw material requirements at site based on the production plan and highlight constraints to Production manager.
Responsible for reviewing BOM factors/Master recipes and proposing change as per appropriate.
