Work Experience :
Presently working as a as Process shift in charge at Coke Ovens in Bhushan Steel Ltd, Dhenkanal.
Responsibilities :
Currently involved in controlling the battery process parameters.
Preparation of pushing charging schedules and maintenance.
Involved in CO/BF gas changeover.
Good knowledge and experience on the precautions to be attended during CO /Bf gas Failure or Ammonia liquor failure.
Commissioning experience :
Shift InCharge of chimney heating up process by LPG.
Involved in the LPG heating process of the battery as ShiftInCharge.
Commissioned a stamp charging recovery type coke oven battery having 64 ovens.
Involved in under firing of Battery with Coke Oven gas.
Previous experience :
Worked as a Process Engineer – Coke Production (Direct Control System) in an Associate company of Jindal Steel Ltd, Bellary, Karnataka (March 2010 to may 2011).
Involved in all the processes in the control room for coke production.
Preparation of schedules and giving instructions to technicians.
Completed Graduate Engineering Apprentice (Maintenance Offsite Department) in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Visakhapatnam (20092010).

Using Maximo software planning for material, issuing purchase orders, scheduling and routing the jobs to execution job engineers, clearing of running account bills and dealing with contractors/agencies.
b) Execution :
Executing the jobs by giving instructions to technicians

Supervising the jobs and safety of the technicians
