RESEARCH EXPERIENCE :
** I’m working as a Research Scholar since 2010 in Centre of Linguistics (J.N.U) and pursuing PhD in the field of Acoustic phonetics
** I worked for the cross cultural survey conducted by Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics where I had collected data for the Language Dhundhari and transcribed it in accordance with the experimental protocol of the evolution of semantic systems Procedures Manual.
** Worked on the grammar of Shekhawati (a variety spoken in Rajasthan) and wrote a dissertation on Acoustic Phonetic of Shekhawati Vowels.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE :
** Taught communication skills course to B.Tech students at GD Goenka University for 3 months. PUBLICATIONS
** Published paper titled “Reduplication in Dhundhari and Adi” in Language in India ISSN 1930-2940, 2019.
** Published paper titled “Durkheim and Sociological Method” in Language in India ISSN 1930-2940 Vol.
19 :8 August 2019.
ACHIEVEMENTS :
** Won Special Merit Certificate for securing sixth All India Rank in All-India General Knowledge Test conducted by All India Board of General Knowledge Test. ** Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Linguistics.
** NET (National Eligibility Test for Asst. Professorship) qualified in Linguistics in 2011.
CONFERENCES ATTENDED :
** Attended Workshop on Mother Tongue Survey of India 2011, New Delhi, JNU.
** Participated in the two day “National Convention on Ethics in Research on Human Subjects : Problems of Implementing International Norms and Guidelines in Indian Context.”, held in JNU , 2013
** Worked for the data elicitation and helped in the stall co-ordination as a volunteer for “JNU Langscape” the linguistic survey of JNU on multilingualism conducted by Centre for Linguistics in association with National Translation Mission, 2011.
** Attended workshop on Mind Mapping held in JNU Convention Hall, 2016.
** Presented paper titled “Innovations in ELT classrooms today : An Indian context held at JNU.
** Worked on a project based on NLP conducted by Panlingua Language Processing LLP.
