JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Handling Stores Activities like Inventory Management (receipt storage & Issue of RM/packing /Engg. Materials)
** Responsible for in-warding the materials after having ensured correct supporting documents.
** Making a Goods Receipts Note as per bill / Challan.
** Ensure proper unloading of materials in stillages, Pallets or locations.
** Move accepted materials to concerned stores area and rejected materials to rejected area.
** Issuance of Materials (like Raw Material /Consumable/Packing Materials as per
FIFO methods.
** Making of RDC and NRDC, Challans.
** Responsible for Inventory Audit Compliancs.
** Maintaining stores according to the set procedures.
** Co-ordination with Material/Production/PPC/Finance/Receving quality Team,
** Prepare List Non/Slow Moving/Obsolete items & inform to CFT Team .
** Quarterly Inter plant /Supplier Reconciliation.
** Warehouse & 5s Improvement.
** Handling Inbound Logistics.
** Responsible for Inventory & MIS report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly)
** Responsible for Monthly report GST-ITC-1 & quarterly ITC- 04 for BSR Team,
