Project MGS Capital one
Project Description : The project is to perform the testing of Business application for US bank Capital One , It is a Java and Live link based project, includes testing business application (MGS) functional as well as nonfunctional testing , It also includes the verification of user requirements, it was a CMM level 5 project.
Contributions :
Requirement Analysis
Conducting Test Audits and Reviews.
Conducting discussion with development team to understand the changes and implementation details of bug fixes and new requests.
Test planning, Test estimation and allocation of work to other team members.
Managed a module of 2 members assigning daily activities, preparing test cases and maintaining test reports, performing reviews, conduct module meetings and module based training for new team members.
Imparting module level training for all the new members joining the team. Worked as a part of automation testing team for automating the application MGS with help of QTP
Logging bugs in the tracking systems and monitoring status of the bugs till closure.
Review of test deliverables and scripts before delivering to clients.

Project Description :
The project supports releases for Ecommerce site , Our client is Sears(8 the largest Online Shopping sites of US), We are controlling release for the site , from local, QA to Production environment, The project includes functional, Nonfunctional , database testing, with some internal tool in local,QA and production environment .
Contributions :
Worked as a part of Releases support team that handle weekly releases for the MyGofer, Kmart, Sears, Kenmore and Craftsmen site .
Testing of Kmart, My Gofer, Sears site in QA, Production, and Client environment as well as Back end testing.
Preparation of Test Cases and Test Plans.
Logging bugs in the tracking systems and monitoring status of the bugs till closure.
