JOB PROFILE :
Develop MEP Service’s Bottom level as required
Preparation of ISD drawing, CSD drawings & all sectional drawing for it’s clarification
Preparation of MEP detailed drawing.
Designing of ducts using Duct later.
Designing of pipes for open piping and closed piping using Standard graphs.
Prepare Technical Schedules for all mechanical equipments like Chillers, FAHU’S, AHU’S Condensing Units, Exhaust Fans, Electric Water Heaters and Pumps.
Preparation of pipe fitting schedule for HVAC Drawings
Preparation of as built drawing coordinate with engineers.
Preparation of chilled water & ducting schematic drawings.
Preparation of ducting & piping support details.
Supervising and guiding the team for Preparation of Mechanical Drawing’s, MEP combined servise drawing & it’s section drawing with standard.
Preparation all types of builder coordinated drawing including MEP services drawing.
Visit job sites to collect data, take required measurnment and other information and preparing As built drawing.
Preparation of plans elevation , skeches and models as required to support section for proposal for Mechanical works.
Coordinate with engineers for taking BOQ from drawing as per design drawing & shop drawing.
Preparing on designing ducting as well as route of ducting.
Preparing on designing air distrubution products of square , linear , jet nozzle diffusers, & slot slot linear grilletc. Accordingly to standarad.
Preparing ducting qty on excel sheet.
