Worked as QA/QC Inspector (Blasting & Painting) in M/S Cochin Shipyard, Kochi, Kerala, India from August 2009 to March 2011.
Worked as QA/QC Inspector (Painting) in Larsen and Toubro Limited (Mughal Garden, Apricot and Dunes Projects), Dubai, from April 2007 to June 2009.
Worked as QA/QC Supervisor (Welding, Blasting & Painting) in M/S Cochin Shipyard, Kochi, Kerala from November 2005 to March 2007.
Worked as Supervisor (Blasting & Painting) in M/s Cochin Refineries Ambalamugal Div., Kochi, Kerala. (Smart Industries, Kochi) from July 2001 to September 2005.
Worked as QA/QC Supervisor in Larsen and Toubro Limited, Chennai, Tamilnadu from 1997 to 2000 October.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY :
Responsible for monitoring & implementation of ISO 9000 :2000 Quality Management System at site.
Monitoring & ensuring all painting & blasting related works were carried out to the contract specification procedures and Quality control plans.
Receiving Inspection for project materials used at site.
Identifying non conformities and verifications of corrective actions.
Monitoring and maintaining records of calibration of measuring & monitoring devices pertaining to painting works.
Surface preparation of blasting and painting.
Checking everyday weather condition, temperature, humidity prior to start working, materials product validity and expiry date with batch certificate.
Keeping inspection records properly maintaining as per as quality standard.
Providing effective training, workshop, seminars and proper support to team for achieving success.
Highly experienced in handling Quality control kits test like surface Profile test, DFT&WFT gauge, temperature gauges (sling psychrometer & dew point Calculator), surface temperature gauge, holiday test), chloride test etc.
Finding an all coating defects and know solution for solving all coating defects.
Know to find RUST GRADES A, B, C, D SURFACE PREPARATION GRADES SA, SA2, SA21/2, SA3
Coordination with client & inspection department for smooth and speed progress work
Attending the daily meeting, representing painting division and following up all relevant projects.
Collaborating with senior engineers for ensuring the good result.
Performing other duties as required or as per management’s decision such as providing support to senior staff members in case of their absence and participating in emergency situations.
Developing and maintaining accurate records.
Providing guidance to supervisor to identify competency, training requirements and personal development opportunities.
And I also give a technical support for Man power coordination, equipment and material arrangement for the job.
As a Painting Inspector /supervisor I gave a report to my Manager, production cocoordinator regarding daily work report, weekly report and monthly progress report
