** Capturing pipeline object by using CAD drawings as a base.
** After capturing pipeline, it need to be seamless in GIS and by using topology task all line geometry errors need to be corrected.
** Update attributes once all errors are removed.
** Station chainage table is created using station chainage value from CAD drawing represented as 0+000.Based on measure value the chainage points are generated.
** Route can created using water main with tool Linear referencing - Create route.
** Generate points of station chainage on route with tool Make Route Event Layer using station chainage table.
