Project Title “Experimental investigation of threading process” at Erode.
Description A biggest challenge in manufacturing industry are cost accuracy and machining time, in order to meet the challenge, latest technology are developed and implementing in various production, in
our project we are mainly concentrated in threading process and turning process by squeezing technology to increase the tensile strength of thread, In this process 5/8(16mm) B.S.W conventional threaded shaft is compared with squeezing process threaded shaft , here instead of turning, squeezing process is carried out by using carbide die and thread cutting is done by thread rolling process.
