Executive QA & QC Department , Dairy & UHT PLANT.
I have 9 year experience in Milk and milk Products.
1. Microbiological and Chemical Analysis of all Milk and milk products (RAW MILK, PASTEURIZED MILK, CURD, GHEE, SMP, BUTTER) UHT products (Juice and milk) Packing material, raw material and Finished Products.
2. Swab and Exposure in all Production Areas.
3. Competitor Samples Microbiological Analysis.
4. Liaison activities with production in maintaining hygiene in view of contamination.
5. Microbial testing of all incoming raw materials wherever applicable.
6. Inspection of RM, PM, FG and their analysis, data compilation and reporting as per stipulated time.
7. Environmental checking of lab, Dust checking, Sterility checking of Microbiological instruments.
8. GMP, GLP, HYGIENE
9. ISO and HACCP Orientation and updating the same.
10. In Process checks for process parameters in every shift.
11. Deviation note in process to ensure quality.
12. Training on Microbiological aspects for Staff, Operators.
13. Identifying and stock maintenance of chemicals, glass wares etc.
