Operation & Maintenance of 3x 155 TR carrier water cooled chillers, 5x250 TR Carrier & Trane water cooled chillers and 5x350 TR Trane air cooled chillers, 2x2000 LPH RO Plants, WTP, STP, BMS operating system, Plumbing system, Firefighting system, Medical gases and Boilers.
Monitor and co-ordinate with the projects team for execution of works.
Preparing the pending and snag list works.

Job Profile :
Reporting to the General Manager about the day to day works.
Coordinate with the contractor to carry out installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING, RO SYSTEM, BOILERS, GAS BANKS and STP and its associated works.
Evaluate Mechanical design documents, specifications, BOQ’s, variations, scope of works according to standards, regulations and as per the site conditions.
Co-ordinate with the consultant and contractor and arrange and review the meetings based on the issues arises at site.
Review projects mechanical discipline related documents in collaboration with reliability and Tech Services engineers as appropriate and feedback comments to contractor or consultant.
Monitoring and Inspection of erection, installation , testing &commissioning of Chillers, AHU’s, Package air conditioners, precision air conditioners and its associated works.
Supervise the piping & mechanical construction activities, making sure that the works are being achieved by the contractors according to the specifications, standards and preparing the daily, weekly & monthly report.

Reviews contractor planning, resources allocation and tasks to allotted staff and advise any potential hindrances.
