PROJECT DETAILS  :
TITLE  : PYROLYSIS OF WASTE PLASTIC INTO FUEL.
DESCRIPTION  :Pyrolysis is the non-combustible heat treatment.


This is the heating process in theabsence of oxygen. It requires pyrolysis reactor and furnace for this process. This plastic waste can beused to produce useful products like industrial diesel, gases fuel, carbon black, etc. The output of thisconversion process is 1kg plastic raw material gives to 600-700ml of fuel and carbon black.The oil produced has very high quality and close to the commercial petroleum derived liquid fuels.The experience of design and operation of the semi-scale plant will be helpful for building acommercial scale plant in the future
