Currently working with TATA MOTORS LTD, Pantnagar (UK) as Senior Engineer MFG Quality of Frame shop & Body shop in Tata ACE Mega XL & Duration : - 19 DEC. 2017 to till date.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Lead for WCQ Assessment related activity & Document preparations in Frame shop assy.
** Quality Planning- ensure quality checks in process and final inspection-as per procedures and standards
** Co-ordination with customer for customer complaints.
** Monitor and improving DRR and DRL to improve Qualitative Production through Quality Control Tools
** Quality audit system, Process, Product, MSA, SPC and QCOS Audits.
** Responsible for all BITS issues status & closure discuss with concern department and observations given to all concern agency supervisors.
** Make Pareto of top concerns and take corrective and preventive action at line & monitor them.
** n-depth analysis and closure of Customer Complaints- Warranty, CPA, TATA PDI, Dealer PDI and closure of loops by updating related documents like WIS, Control Plan, PFMEA, OPL, Training Record, PSRs or with Design Change.
** Responsible for Customer Complaints (internal & external) and implementation corrective & preventive actions to CPA Audit, Dealer PDI Points, TATA PDI Points.
** Monitor In-house concerns of weld Quality (Body in White), Chisel & nugget test monitoring at line.
** Daily Meetings of teams for leading & Communication of issues to resolve them.
** Conduct the Process audits & Layered Audit on line to reduce daily line problems due to Process Lapses.
** Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters
** Co-ordination with other departments for increasing Quality and productivity with Supplier team.
** Controlling the cost by elimination of wastage.
** Man Power planning as per monthly schedule.
** Create a conductive work environment for the teams to complete their assigned responsibilities and tasks
** Prepare and lead IATF 16949, PFMEA, PPAP, Control plan and manufacturing process.
** Establish and monitor calibration system
** Rejection and rework control with the help 7 QC tools.
** To control the inspection methods as per inspection standards, implementation of gauges, Handling of manpower & providing training (World Class Quality, 5S, 5F, 7 QC Tool, 8D, PSR, Kaizen, Poke Yoke, etc.) to supervisors & team.
** Visit at the Supplier End to eliminate the problems & increase the quality level of components and Coordinate with Suppliers & suggest the improvements at their ends.
** Responsible for DML status and trials activities and give the own observations.
** Lead 5F Board Meeting of Shop.
** Involve in 5S, Quality kaizen activity
** Respect and encourage respect of all team members.
Workedwith M/S MICRO TURNERS-VI Nalagarh (H.P) as anEngineer Quality Control from SEP.- 2014toNOV.- 2017. Micro Turners is an “ISO/TS 16949” with leading manufacturer of precision machined components like cam brake, bearing cone, bearing race, bushes , gears including flange bolts, a including axle front rear wheel & nuts for Yamaha, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Hero Moto Corp, Honda Motors TVS Motors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Hot-forging (Gear Division) & BAJAJ Cell (CNC Turning).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Handling all the quality related activities at in process, final inspection, incoming material inspection for metal shop.
** Prepare mock up for the new product by leading & guiding the quality team.
