Project Responsibilities :
** Loop checking & trouble shooting.
** Survey of junction boxes & field instruments for preparation of I/O list.
** Preparation of cable schedule & electrical loop wiring diagrams.
** Procurement of cables, junction boxes, cable glands & trays.
** Installation & preparation of layouts for cable trays...
** Installation & commissioning of intermediate marshalling panels.
** Daily planning & execution of migration job.
** Co – ordination with electrical department for incorporating electrical to instrument interface in the new system.
Enginnering & Desgin :
** Preparation of Instrument Specification Sheet, Hook-up Diagrams, Cable Interconnection Schedule as well as DCS or PLC I/O List.
** Planning of requirement of instruments and spares, interfacing with Materials and Purchase Dept.
for on time procurement of technically approved material.
