SRI TIRUPATI STEEL CAST LTD is one of the leading manufacturer of Billet ,Sponge ,& TMT bar .Company have 30x 2 ton induction furnace & high speed rolling mill 22 meter/ sec (30 ton /hr )
RESPONSIBILITY :-
** Green field project of rolling mill ( M/S K.N. Engineering )
** Civil Shed foundation and fabrication of 220 mtr length, 6 mtr crane heights & 22 mtr shed width.
** Civil work inspection As per machine foundation and installation of machinery as on position & level.
** Making planning of project related work such as civil, Electrical & Mechanical.
** Civil Foundation of mill stand, quenching box, pinch roll, flying shear, cooling bed ,chain transfer & banding machine .
** Coordination with higher management regarding technical & commercial related Discussion such As Daily progress report, approval for work planning, labor hiring, and contractor bill.
** Installation of 1150 kw A.C motor (Roughing stand) and 300kw D.C motor (C1 to C14) stand.
** Installation of 3kva & 5 kva transformer for Roughing motor & D.C motor breaker
** Completed rolling mill project with Electrical, Mechanical & civil.
MONGIA STEEL LTD : (March 2017 to May 2018)

Mongia Steel Limited is leading iron industry in Jharkhand. Mongia Steel manufacture high quality of TMT Rebar’s, MS Billets, MS Strip, MS Pipe, MS Shutter Profile, MS Spring, and ERW Pipes.
RESPONSIBILITY :-
** Controlling Quality cost and maintenance work of production.
** Co-ordination with steel making and casting unit for direct rolling. Target for 100 % utilization of hot billet.
** Make Report of new roll History card and Groove history data sheets maintained in per daily .
** Maintain shift log and hourly delay and location wise miss rolls with possible reason /hot out detail. Maintenance schedule in shift and Maintaining of daily /weekly /monthly checklist .
** To follow safety rules in the plant. Stop all unsafe practice. Providing safety guards to prevent accident. And standard housekeeping norm.
** Maintenance planning in consultation with Mechanical and Electrical in charges.
** Spares planning and inventory control including Guides/ Bearings and chokes.
** Planning of man, machines and tools to achieve target as per production plan.
** Making the working environment according to best result and maximum safety of main power and equipments..
2. DIVINE GROUP ( JUHI INDUSTRY PVT LTD ) : (August 2015 to March 2017)

Divine group (chandil Jamshedpur) is one of the leading manufacturers, of T.M.T bar, billet, sponge. Company have 30mw Power plant & its capacity is 60 ton/ hours S.M.S. Company has established new full automatic rolling mill plant with bundling system. And its capacity is 1.5 Lack TPA.
RESPONSIBILITY :-
** Green field project of rolling mill.
** Site Expenditure Budget & Manage account of contractor bill, and heavy automobile.
** Manpower arrangement for project work
** Erection & installation of machine as per drawing.
** Maintain water flow of H &K thermex Quenching Box as per Bar GR FE 500, 550
** Pipe line fabrication & fitting of Hydraulic , Pneumatic and water pipe line with Pump house.
** Local accommodation and transport arrangement.
** Site Attendance and co-ordination with higher management.
** After complete project, I was responsible for production & Maintenance.
** Planning of man, machines and tools to achieve target as per production plan.
** Coordinated with quality department & made remedial actions against customer complaints.

** Site Expenditure Budget & Manage account of contractor bill, and heavy automobile.
** Civil planning According to priority and Machinery.
** Site coordination with purchase Department for completed timely project.
** Maintenance of Newfield block mill Hydraulic & Pneumatics system,

RESPONSIBILITY :-
** Green field project of Rolling mill with WRM.
** Civil Shed foundation and fabrication of 250 mtr length, 8 mtr crane heights & 22 meter shed width.
** Civil work inspection As per machine foundation and installation of machinery as on position & level.
** Civil foundation of coal gas gasifire (DEV Energy) and installation of machinery with gas pipe line.
** Erection of new Bar & WRM Rolling mill machinery.
