Title : Changes in Vital Parameters while Applying various Tilt down Postural Drainage Positions on Healthy Individuals.
Postural Drainage is one of the most widely used airway clearance technique, which requires alteration in body positions. In this study, we advocated tilt down 0,15 & 30 degree supine & prone postural drainage position to the asymptomatic healthy participants & vital parameters such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure & rate of perceive exertion were monitored.
Blood pressure systolic as well as diastolic blood pressure get altered during tilt down position due to venous return to the heart. Our finding also supports by previous studies. Except blood pressure, other vital parameters does not altered due to various reasons mention in the dissertation.
Current status :
Completed BPT final year and internship from Dr. Ulhas Patil College of physiotherapy affiliated to M.U.H.S University- Nashik, Maharashtra.
Work Experience :
Clinical exposure of 6 months as a Physiotherapist in Navkar Advance Orthopedic hospital, Bhusawal including handling OPD & IPD patients.
