PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The objective of this project is to maximize the total throughput for the cognitive network while maintain a required signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR) for all primary receivers(PRX).
Numeric result are obtained for the behavior and performance of our proposed algorithm.
