KEY RESULT AREAS :
** Procuring all equipment in Trunkey Power Project of AIS & GIS Power Sub-station up to 400kV (Power/ Distribution Transformer, Breakers, CT&PT, LA’s, Insulators, CRP & SAS System, LT & HT Cable, Termination Kit, Erection Hardware and all other items used in the Sub-station projects.
** Floating enquiries to approved suppliers and get quotations from them.
** Regular coordination with engineering team for technical vetting of proposal.
** Making comparison sheets and negotiate with vendors on technical and commercial terms & conditions.
** Get approval from senior management for placing order, after getting approval place SAP PO to vendors.
** Collect final technical documents/ drawings from vendors and submit to engineering department for end client submission and approval.
** Issue the manufacturing clearance to vendor based on approved drawings received from end client, regular follow-up with vendor to get inspection call on time.
** Issue D.I to vendor.
** Follow up with finance team for issuing advances payment, LC’s and due payment of vendors on time for smooth process.
** Keep updating all project reports like i.e. Project purchase Plan, supply status, balance ordering, project profit sheet, and forward MIS report to reporting boss.
** Apart from above, provide Tender support to tender team in terms of arranging proposals, negotiation with vendors and provide final supply items cost sheet to tender team.
