1. MK Fasteners  :
MK Fasteners are one of the leading players in the manufacturing of fasteners such as rivets, screws, turned components and cold forged parts for various automotive applications. Their major customers include TVS Motors, Royal Enfield, PHA, and IFB and many others. The finance and accounts section was situated at a different location and I was placed at the manufacturing site. Some of my responsibilities included.

** Complete Payroll management.
** Analysis of manpower Requirement.
** Drafting ads, screening CV’s and maintaining records co-ordination with placement agencies
** Co coordinating in Recruitment & Selection matters
** Co-coordinator for conducting daily meeting. Same will be circulated via mail to all HOD’s
** Responsible for TPM related activates in the factory
** Handling the IATF and MSIL Audit preparing documents.
** Responsible for all administration related activates in the factory.
** Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees.
** Handling Petty cash expenses.
** Maintained Database and Personnel File
** Prepared offer and appointment letters and annual track list of increments and confirmations of employees
** Wage compensation structure –administration, fixation & Negotiation.

** Training needs identification through Process of Performance Appraisal, organizational change.
