ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT :
Preparing and maintaining offer letters for the candidates once the selection process and negotiation of salary is completed.
Generation pay sheet after analyzing the attendance leave data of the employees.
Maintaining good relations with employees and encouraging two way communications so that the employee can come up with their issues/ ideas/suggestions which are related to work place.
Giving guidelines to all the employees about the employee benefits, i.e., P.F., Bonus & ESI Facilities etc.
Maintaining Leave record of all the employees and creating awareness among them about various leaves that can be availed and implementation of leave policy of the organization.
Preparing the full and final settlements of the employees and taking NOC from the concerned HOD’s in the specified format.
Handling the employees State Insurance activity which is related to employee welfare, Provident Fund activities, and insurance agencies.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION :
Managing and housekeeping activities, security, transportation, attendance, travel requirements, admin purchase and handling functions of canteen, medical/ facilities meant for the employees.

Accountable for preparing offers for the clients and keeping track of submitted offers and bills.
Involved in the preparation & Maintenance of confidential documents and information.
Monthly report for the management comprising of bills and offers submitted during the month and also pending, status of total manpower in the company (staff and worker) and data input from other departments. Maintaining personnel files of all employees in upto date condition at all times.
Liaising effectively with external customers and internal departments and ensuring a smooth operation of process to meet the demands of business needs.
Preparing and submitting various reports, documentation and ensuring compliance with the legalities.
