Description : For the synthesis of Impurity in ZONIZAMIDE drug.
Zonizamide is a Sulfonamide anticonvulsant approved for use as an adjunctive therapy in adults with partial-onset seizures for adults,infantile spasm mixed seizure of lennox-gastaut syndrome and generalized tonic clonic seizure.Half life the Zonizamide is plasma is 63 hours.Zonizamide is used as a migraine preventative medication and also shown to be effective in some neuroplastic pain.
Side effects : The most common side effect include Drowsiness,loss of appetite,dissiness,headache,nausea and agitation/irritability. It is also associated with Hypohidrosis.
