Job Profile :
** Finalization of Accounts & Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors for Finalization of Balance Sheet & others Report.
** Overall responsible for the Indirect Tax department - Lead all Indirect Taxation matters of the Company Responsible for Procedural compliance with Tax laws such as GST, Sales Tax Assessment, Excise Audit, replies/ submissions to enquiries from the department, filing of periodical returns etc.
** Work closely with Tax officers & external consultants on various Assessments and make submissions or giving the necessary directions and information to consultants, as may be necessary from time to time.
