WORK EXPERIENCE :
Successful six months completed in analytical development (ADL) department in torrent research centre Ahmedabad as a project trainee.
Having one year and seven months experience in bioanalytical development, department in pharmaceutical technology centre of Cadila healthcare ltd. Ahmedabad. As a research associate from September 2007 to april 2009.
Presently working in TORRENT RESEARCH CENTRE Ahmedabad in Bioanalytical discovery department as a scientist II. From April 09 to till date.
JOB PROFILE :
Handling LCMS of thermo LXQ (ION TRAP) with LC QUAN 2.5.
Instrument incharge of LCMS/MS(API 4000sciex applied biosystem)
PK study on various animal like rat,mice,rabbit and dog matrix
Study of toxicokinetic study for NCE.
Whole study as per ADME aspect.
Various sample preparation technique like protein precipitation ,liquidliquid extraction and solid phase extraction
Impurity profile.
Preparation, review and implementation of sop’s related laboratory.
GLP related activities..
