JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN PREVIOUS ORGANISATION :
** Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, transferring or returning all store items that are used in operation.
** Storing of materials according to established food safety standards.
** Maintaining documents, including temperature tracking sheet.
** Produce, distribute & file all necessary documents to support the receiving, storing, transferring or returning of materials used in operation.
** Rotate product in all areas to represent a First In – First Out philosophy of product usage.
** Develop & maintain positive communication & teamwork with all co-workers.
** Assist with the physical count of all material inventories at the end of the month.
** Identification of all stored materials
** Maintain appearance & uniform standards.
** Follow company & departmental policies & procedures
** Ensure maximum security of all storeroom areas, that no unauthorized person enters the stores
** Maintains a neat, well-organized storeroom at par stock levels. Temperature record (Temperature chart) to be maintained regularly.
** All entries (request, receipt & issue, inter location transfers, must be updated in system database ERP as per the approved documents, strictly on daily basis.
** Pest controlling to be done on regular basis.
** All ISO, HACCP & ERP policies related to catering store mentioned in enclosed guidelines & procedures manual must be followed strictly.
** Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Intermediate 2 Year (BIPC) SKNR Government Arts & Science College of Jagtial, 2004 To 2006.

** Currently Working in Al Naba Supplies & Catering Services LLC as a Storekeeper In Sultanate of Oman, from May - 2011 to Present.
** Store Keeping & Store Supervisor and Stock Auditor are more than 8 Years’ experience in Sultanate of Oman.
