OPTIMIZATION :
Responsible to fine tune the RF hardware (GSM Antenna, Duplexer, Amplifiers etc) & WCDMA DRIVE TEST &for optimum utilization and better quality.
Responsible for the changes to be done in existing frequency plan (SFH or non hopping).
TEMS( 10.0.5 ) for recording & analyzing DT log files, MCOM & MAPINFO for frequency planning
Analyze the drive test data and identifies problem areas
with recommended solutions.
Provided solutions & remove the complaints of customers.
DRIVE TEST DATA ANALYSIS / ROUTE PLANNING :
Performing SCFT and CLUSTER drive.
Planning and feasible optimisation of optical such as Antenna Verification, tilts, azimuths and feeder swap.
Physical optimization of sites
Removing swap and monitoring RSCP & EC/NO level of 3G sites.
Testing HSDPA/HSUPA speed, voice & video call
Identifying the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the cells/sectors in the network and thus responsible for optimization of the network.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure.
Planning and feasible optimisation of optical such as Antenna Verification, tilts, azimuths and feeder swap.
Data analysis after drive test, primary optimisation for verifying existing coverage site, troubleshooting issues like call drop and handover cellular.

Suggesting physical changes such as Tilt, Orientations, and Height and Type of GSM antennas.
Improving HOSR of cell by deleting & defining neighbors & by changing BCCH.
