3Axis articulated robot :
It is my final year project of DIPLOMA which I have made during my industrial training at HP PRODUCTS RAJKOT.
This robot controlled by 3 Stepper motor & a solenoid, totally programmed in C-language and run with PC
Application : This is one type of pick & place robot
This is used in shipyard to pull heavy container
In automobile companies this can be used
5 AXIS PICK & PLACE ROBOT :
I have made this robot in 3RD semester in 2007.it was controlled by using 4 DC motor & a solenoid.
APPLICATION :-
Mostly it uses in a many of industrial application for autonomous works & automation systems.
Stepper motor controlled by PC using Turbo ’C’ language hardware interface.
Stepper motor controlled by PLC & HMI based systems.
Keyboard and mouse interfacing using turbo ‘C’ language.
CURRENT PROJECT :
Designing and programming of project is almost done and current working in physical model DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SIX AXIS ROBOTIC ARM USING MICROCONTROLLER
ACHIEVEMENTS :
Selected in campus interview in ASIA MOTOR WORKS company with 2.5Lac per Annum at completion of diploma eng.
Participated in ROBOWAR10 held at IIT Bombay and make position in top 16th.
Our weapon is based on pneumatic and its Asia level competition.
Technical symposium ‘XPLODE 07’ Held at L. D. Collage of Engineering Ahmadabad & GOT FIRST PRIZE
Second prize in Nirma university competition of ball thrower machine
