Doing product development with sampling merchant and design team
Executing orders through buyers and buying houses
Rcvd worksheet/GSS, discuss with master ji, sent callouts if any in the w/s
Making proto, 1st fit samples.
Doing Salesman sampling,
After receiving order projection with target, working on costing and delivery consulting with production and higher management.
Confirming Salesman confirmation, coordinating with documentation department for payments
Finalizing costing and delivery
Booking fabric order and issues PO and making T&A and setting targets to all department
Ordering all imported trims as well as local trims
Timely follow up with trims and fabric store. Make sure to meet PCD
Chasing approvals from buying house and buyers
Making size set and pre production samples
Doing PPM with Buying House as well as Internal PPM
Handing over production file with all required material
Daily production follow-up and updating buying house and buyer weekly
Evaluating goods with buyer’s quality parameters, raised alarm if not and discussing with concerned deptt
All Types of packing material order
Coordinating with production and packing department.
Sending request to Buying house QA for final inspection, make sure that shipment handed over at destination
Payments follow up with buying house and documentation deptt.
