M/s SAL is providing Stainless Steel Billets, Slabs, Flats, Hot & Cold rolled coils, Plates & Round bars with value addition by heat-treatment, Chemical de-scaling & Bright-Bars.
M/s SAL has 25000 MT casting capacity of SS & its alloys per month.
M/s SAL having capacity of 500 mt SS bright bars & 2000 MT capacity of CRAP SS Slitted /wider coils per month.
JOB FUNCTION :
Look after Production of CRAP (Cold Rolled Annealed & Pickled-CR SS coils) coils for multi slit or trimmed condition at Slitting Lines at finishing lines.
Visual inspection CR SS Slitting lines with hardness testing, Bend test.
2 Hi Skin Pass Mill production for 2B Finish of CRAP coils.
To look after Cut To Length (CTL) line to cutting different lengths as per customer req. / rail board req. of CR Sheets.
To make proper decision for grading the material, to look after physically inspection of all coils and supervision of all defects like scratches, slivers, dent marks, pit marks, roughness, over pickle & black surface.
Maintaining of quality records as per ISO-9001 :2008
To increase Productivity by data analysis, controlling down time of each machines(delay analysis),motivating the shop-floor employees & controlling the rejections.
SAP entry for production & quality.
Preparation of statistical analysis reports.
Co-ordination with marketing people to meet the dispatch schedule.

PRESENT WORK EXPERIENCE :-
At presently I am working in Neo Structo Construction Ltd.
At IOCL Gujarat Refinery (Baroda) & Petronet LNG Site Dahej as a Execution Engineer (Under the inspection of Toyo Engineering India Ltd and Engineering India Ltd.) since 1st August 2008. Neo Structo Construction Ltd is engaged in oil refinery, Hydrocarbon const. and pipelines, hydro & Nuclear power, heavy engineering, real estate, Thermal Power, Power transmission, building & factories sectors.
Visual inspection as per ASME-V,Article 9 after section different type of testing check (penetrant testing(Article 6 ),Magnetic particle testing (Article 7 ), Radiography testing (Article 2 ),Ulrtasonic testing ( Article 4 & 5).
Responsible for the supervision of piping fabrication, erection, hydro & pneumatic testing and commissioning of pipeline.Specialized responsibilities include the following :
I have know welding codes-pressure vessel ASME-Vlll, farication (AWS, steel D1.1),pipeline (API-1104 code).
Individual handling heavy wall thickness piping fabrication, erection, hydro test of Natural Gas Line
Piping fabrication and erection including pipe support, testing and commissioning of IA/PA Air Compressor, Air Dryer as per the designs while performing the required changes.
