Retired as Middle level manager [ MCAA(FE)] in the field of maintenance of aircraft, Flight Safety, Quality Assurance and its associated equipments, including handling the responsibility of man & material utilized for the tasks
Being the master chief Aircraft Artificer of the huge air squadron, controlling and managing the full manpower and material, along with liaison with external agencies, for the smooth conduct of flying operations
OTHER ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE :
Qualified to maintain & sign and supervise the work of western origin aircraft Sea Harrier FRS MK 51 & TMK 60.
As technical supervisor, Chief in charge workshops, Ground support equipments, Master chief in charge Squadrons and remained responsible for overall middle level management and administration of squadrons.
As instructor for the new lot of students including under trainee pilots and flight engineers on various aviation related subjects viz, Aerodynamics, helicopter theory etc in their job training program.
Have been working on aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, anti icing, landing gear, fire fighting systems and engine maintenance.
Qualified to carry out Check flight and Maintenance test flight as flight engineer on TU142M aircraft.
Qualified to supervise the aircraft movement in congested space and hangars up to the weight of 185 tons.
Self supervisor qualification to carry out NDT.
Squadron Flight safety master chief in charge.
Squadron Quality assurance monitoring, aircraft husbandry and corrosion prevention team Master chief in charge.
Master chief in charge of Squadron to take charge of the 03 watch system of squadron consisting of over 350 peoples.
