** Since completion of Diploma in Civil Engineering started to work as site supervisor in construction companies. Worked in Pune, Karad, Satara, (India) till 1993.
** Worked as site in charge in Pune at Chandawale constructions on Yerawada site of G+ 4 - 9 buildings site till 1996.

Project Brief: To develop watershed on the drought-prone areas keeping in view the capability of land, site-conditions and local needs with people’s active participation.
Major Responsibilities: Planning, Implementation, measurements of works, all types of Engineering Record Keeping, Technical guidance, supervision on works, Community Mobilization, coordination with Watershed Associations and Committee’s, Capacity Building, Technical guidance & Trainings for Committees, Planning and Implementation of the 5 year Action Plan, coordination with District Rural development agency.
** Is the ‘Programme Engineer’ of ‘Indo-German Watershed Development Programme’’ a project run with assistance from the ’BAIF’ & ‘National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD)’ a Government of India initiative for a period of 4 years (2008 to 2012) in the Satara District of Maharashtra, India.
