Sr Executive responsibilities :
a) IT support to KIOS Banking application and troubleshoot the banking related issues.
b) Prepare and keep updated the requisite helpdesk materials, FAQs for technical related queries and issues.
c) Training the Technical team ensure requisite training is provided to the technical team to real-time resolve all the technical issues of the franchisee.
d) Planning the Technical Support function to ensure fair distribution and optimal utilization of resources.
e) Design and implement short and long term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure
