ICE TWISTER IN DC REFRIGERATORS :
Ice delivery system in DC refrigerator to assist ease of use for extraction of ice with same ice making time as evaporator touch ice tray.
Making prototype for ice twister and doing usability and functionality test.
Testing ice twister with eutectic tray for ice retention for longer time than existing.
2.5 STAR IMPLEMENTATION IN FROST FREE EXPORT MODEL. :
2.5 Star Energy implementation in Onyx Australia, Russia and Hongkong model.

Implemented Glass shelf’s in DC Refrigerators & Achieved cooling through natural convection.

Worked for Implementation of 5 Star energy in all DC Refrigerators (170L to 230L).
Prepared document for approval from BEE for 5 star rating.
COST OPTIMIZATION OF BOTTOM HINGE IN DC PRODUCTS. :
Optimized the cost of bottom hinge by improved design using minimum material.
COOLING IMPROVEMENT IN NO FROST :
Achieved Cooling improvement in Electrolux, Kelvinator, and Videocon model.
By improving sealed System, Mullion Design, Diffuser Design & plenum design.

CERTIFICATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY FROM SASO. :
Approved the Energy Efficiency Certification from SASO.
Coordinate with TUV Rheinland & conduct all SASO test requirement.
CB CERTIFICATION :
To approve the CBCertification of direct cool & frost free model from Intertek.
ENERGY STRATERGY FOR REFRIGERATOR. :
As per BEE energy star rating in 2014 for direct cool & frost free refrigerator one star energy rating down, I have worked for strategic plan for 2014 energy rating to achieve same kind of star rating as today.
BOLIVIA SPECIAL REQUIREMENT OF WINTER SOLUTION. :
In Bolivia winter ambient temp is almost AT 5 degree Celsius. In this situation refrigerator controlled systems will not function and freezer temp. shoots up in positive range resulting melting of frozen food.
Provide the solution of forced cycling with thermostat pre heating when compressor is off.
CERTIFICATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY FROM AMECICAN NATIONAL STANDARD. :
Approved the Energy Efficiency Certification as per ANSI/AHAM HRF12004.
Approved the CBCertification from Intertek.
