PROJECT DETAILS :
1.DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF MULTIPURPOSE PNEUMATIC MACHINE :The purpose was to build a machine which can do numerous operations running on compressed air.It included a pneumatic cylinder , changeable heads which could be attached and removed according to the operation needed.operations like cutting,grinding,punching and straightening was got done.The machine
so formed was easy to handle and easy to operate .
INTERNSHIP/TRAINING :
1.BOSCH-REXROTH :Automation in Hydraulics and Pneumatics for operating different circuits and its applications.
2.TQM FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP :Did a one week training at FTI Bangalore.Certificate no- 120/1407.
3.NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING(NDT) :Did a one week training at FTI Bangalore which included theoretical principles of working of methods like UT,MT,DPT,RT.And also hands on practice of all mentioned methods.
4.TIG WELDING :Did a one week training at FTI Bangalore
5.Certified NDT level II in MT,PT,RT,UT (ASNT TC 1A).
