In this project we have collect the data and we observed that most of the reason of absenteeism found chronic absentee and Rare Absentee, Which is affected money crises, Physical Aspect, Economic Condition and Miss Behavior with supervisor. We have tried to analyze various components such as wages/salary, bonus and Social Security staff welfare etc. we have find out the main causes of absenteeism due to pay low scale of company.
The Data Analysis Approach: We can analyze the data using descriptive Statistics Techniques such as, Frequency, Mean, with the help of Excel.
