Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is common among draftsmen, meat cutters, secretaries, musicians, assembly - line workers, Computer users, automotive repair workers may be others.
It can strike anyone, and it consequences are serious. Awareness of the problem and its causes is crucial to preventing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Early detection of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome signs and proper attention towards stress levels and ergonomic measures added with preventive exercises along with combined electrotherapeutic treatment will help relieve carpal Tunnel Syndrome progressively and help the person back with his/her normal duties.

Completed BPT final year and internship from MNR’s Sanjeevani College of physiotherapy affiliated to NTR University- Vijayawada.
