Job Responsibilities :
** Plan and execute project activities to ensure timely completion & dispatch to site
** Work with management to implement internal project control tools.
** Floating enquiries as per requirement of the project.
** Technical Comparison & classification with engineering consultants, vendors & contractors.
** Evaluating Drawings/Technical Data sheets that were submitted by vendors.
** Participate in the selection & assist in the negotiation of the various packages.
** Preparation of Purchase orders based on detailed cost estimation, comparison, and vendor finalization with respect to cost & delivery time lines, evaluation & control of vendor from enquiry through award of contract till execution.
** Continuous follow up with the various vendors to ensure the supply on time.
** Carrying out Inspection of various materials and ensuring the dispatch incorporating all the technical specifications as per requirement.
** Coordinate multiple contractors at various stages of the project.
** Work with the other company managers, under the direction of Project Director to coordinate the integration of various packages.
** Manage day to day commercial and contractual issues.
** Identify, communicate and manage risk at various levels under guidance.
** Report to the management on daily/weekly/monthly progress, schedule, field/safety, quality etc.,
Academics :
** Master’s Degree in the Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University
** Completed Graduation Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad in the year 2010 with 60%
** Completed Intermediate from Sahithi Jr.
College, Miryalaguda in the year 2006 with 55%
** High School Education from Pragathi High School in Miryalaguda in the year 2004 with 75%
