RESPONSIBLITIES AS AN ENGINEER
** Preparing production Plan, Work Instruction and Control Plan.
** Component certification at incoming as per sampling and in process. Maintain the records and documents for the same. Control of gauges and instruments used for product verification through calibration. Keep necessary control on non-conforming components.Periodic review of product and process Non-conformances along with team. Maintaining 5S effectively in the department
** Preparing APQP/PPAP process for new projects

Role: The project was to design a mouth piece
1 The client provided the detailed drawing.
2 The part was developed from the detail drawing and modified according to the objective of the project is to design a heart valve for various the requirement of the client.
3 Then the detailed drawing was created using PRO/E for the newly modeled part.
COMPONENT: RADIATOR CAMP
Tools used: PRO/E WF-3
Role: The project was to design a radiator cap assembly.
1 The client provided the detailed drawings of the cap assembly.
2 All the parts where modeled in using PRO/E the drawings provided and some modifications where made according to the requirements of the client.
3 The parts that are modeled where then assembled together.
