Present Organisation Brief :
** Worked at Ankleshwar unit from Dec-2006 to Aug-2012 & then transferred to Dahej location from Sep-2012 where new green field project site come up with 9 different plants.
** BASF is German MNC spread over worldwide & world’s biggest chemical product company.
** Ankleshwar site will manufactures Whitening object, Colour Formers & Dyes product. This is an industry driven on Global policy & Reporting system employing about 300 people and having 2 different units at Ankleshwar.
** From Oct-08 to Jan-09 handled successfully overall HR & Administration deptt. for both the units and responsible for all the functions as HR-Head has left the organisation.
** Ankleshwar site overall responsibility of Unit-2 HR & Admin. Functions. This unit has started in Nov-06, one month before my joining. Here I have implemented all systems of deptt. for smooth functions and reviewed it for any changes.
** Involved in huge merger activity of two giant companies Ciba to BASF. Gone thru many analytical & statistic processes during merger which continue for two years.
** Dahej site has come up with new projects having investment of 1000 crores & it is a green field site. Construction started in Apr-2012 and Plant started in Oct-2014 & having 230 on roll employees with 250 labours for other services.
** As an MNC culture has been nominated as a Site Security Manager for Ankleshwar & Dahej site, which is an independent function.
** Responsible for monitoring of Co.’s information sharing within & outside BASF as an Information Protection Officer.

** Preparing & Issuing of Salary breakup, Offer, Appointment, Increment, Promotion, Transfer, Deputation, Termination & Separation letters.

** Involved in wage settlement process with union as participating in negotiation meeting and preparing detail data of demands.
** Visiting Government offices for representing company for any employee or contract related matter.
** Appearing in law courts with advocate for representing company for any legal cases.
** Issuing disciplinary action letters based on gravity of incident and also organizing departmental inquiry proceedings.
** Grievance handling process.

Contract Labour Function :
