General Introduction :
I have worked with Surya Pharmaceutical Limited for more than 5 years in the field of Export/Dispatch/Central Excise. I have completed post graduate degree (M.Com) From M.G. Kashividyapith Varanasi U.P. , also have a post graduate diploma in Computer Application from V.B.S. University, Jaunpur, I have been successfully handled Central Excise & Export Documentation, Dispatch, Purchase & store managements.

(i) Present Organisation :
M/s Survival Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Ankleshwar, Gujarat, since 16st July-2011 to till date As a Deputy Manager (Excise / Dispatch / Stores). It’s a Specialty and fine Chemical Manufacturing Company.
Job Responsibilities :
** Central Excise & Dispatch Liaison work & statutory compliances.
** Export documents preparation & supervision in packing of export cargo.
** Submission of export documents to Excise range office & calling Excise authority for verification & sealing of export cargo at factory premises.
** Planning & procurement of Raw Material, Spare Parts, Stores & consumables etc.
** Monitoring of Credit in PLA
** Submission of Excise returns ER1, proof of export, Annexure-19, PLA & also responsible for Stores & Excise audit independently.
** Liaison with Excise officer, Excise audit & preparation of Showcases reply etc.
** Freight negotiation with Transporter and Couriers.
** Dispatch – Export (Domestic ,Export), Third Party Export
** Maintains of Excise Records as per Central Excise Rules (RG PART23A & 23C -Part I & II, PLA, etc.)
** Preparation of cost center wise report of consumable materials.
** Service Tax
** Liasioning with Narcotics and filling quarterly return.
** Insurance claim

I joined this company in Aug-2005 as an Accountant cum Commercial Officer, It’s a cGMP Certified API & Bulk Drugs Company. ”. I was promoted by Managing Director to the post of Sr. officer Commercial in the year 2008. Due to my hard work & ability of accepting new challenges and providing fruitful results. MIS report for Commercial & Production, Export preparation & checking, vender development & negotiation for spare parts purchase, stores and bonded warehouse record maintaining, liasioning with central excise officer. Also I have been faced to central excise records.

** Maintains of Excise Records as per Central Excise Rules (RG PART23A & 23C -Part I & II, PLA, VAT etc.)
** Costing of Raw Materials & Production RMC,
** Maintaining of VAT and Service Tax Records.
** Vendor development, negotiations & procurement of fast moving materials on top priority & minimize the rejection / waste on shop floor.
** Checking gate register for every incoming & outgoing material.
** Preparation of cost center wise report of consumable materials.
** Proper checking and processing of MRNs from stores to accounts departments.
Responsibilities :
** Export / Excise document.
** Updating Daily maintain RG Register i.e. Excise Value credit / debit on RG 23 A -II, capital value on RG-23-C.
** Maintaining day to day Stock Statement in RG 23 – A Part – I & Appendix -V-B.
** Preparation and Submission of MIS Report (Daily RMC & Stock statement).
** Updating day to day dispatch.
