** To verify the work-in-progress and to approve and submit to the site manager.
** To make some modification in site with workers
** To point out with greater possible advance events that could create criticism impacting on the economic project situation and on the contractual engagement towards the client.
** To estimate and to organize possible corrective action.
** To verify in the quality of assembled products.
** To verify the respect of the safety site conditions.
** To verify in constant way costs concerning the non quality promoting possible corrective action.

Achievements in GEICO :
** There was a prolonged electrical spark problem in ED paint tank’s copper plates.
Due to this problem productivity of paint shop had dropped down (because daily ten Car body carriers were bypassed from PT ED Line for Few weeks).
We made changes in alignment of copper plates in Ed tank and Copper bars in “C’ hangers. This is a safety and production issue since it was identified at the right time the risk on safety and production was prevented.
** I found the reason for periodic Current collecting rope damage in “C” hangers and rectified at right time which avoided serious safety and production issues
2. UNIVERSAL Lab Instruments Co.
Designation : Installation and Service Engineer.
Period: May 2009 to December 2009
Responsibilities:
** To check the Quality and calibration of instrument like Hot Air Oven, Furnace, Hot Plates, Salt Spray, small size Boilers, Fume Hood, temperature controllers, Boilers, Eurotherm controllers etc.
** To service and install the Lab instruments in customer site like ICF, SGS India Pvt. Limited, Engineering collages, IIT Madras, Industrial research labs etc.
** Installation And service of AB Plc. Based Custom Built Gas handling system
** Annual Maintenance of industrial chemical lab instruments
Achievements in universal lab instruments :
** I have designed custom build gas handling system which is Combine the 5 Different gases (O2,H2, He, Organ, N2) with regulating flow meters and Moisture filters .its cost is around 5 Lakhs but its outside market rate was around 10 Lakhs . the design resulted a profit to the organization
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
1. Programming in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)& SCADA.
** ALLEN BRADLEY SLC 5/04, KENCE, OMRON, SIEMENS and GE FANUC PLC programming.
** Two week training in Allen Bradley PLC programming and networking in Advance Training Institute (ATI),Chennai.

** AB plc ladder programming by Rs logix 500 software.
** Analog input output management.
** PID Controller & Clos
