Project Title : Oil spinning machine
Equipment : MS Base, Locator base, Locator, Oil spinning box, 3 phase induction motor.
Team Size : 3
Role : Team Leader.
Project Description :- It is based on inertia force, in gear manufacturing companies a lot of cooling oil used for cutting process.
Due to stickiness of oil, oil remains on the surface of gear. Therefore wastage of 3-4 ml oil per gear takes place. Basic function of machine is removal of oil and save the extra cost on cooling oil.
Project#2 :
Project Title : Sterling engineusing solar energy
Equipment : Solar reflecting plate, two cylinder engine, stand etc.
Team Size : 4
Role : Team Leader.
Project Description :- sterling engine is same as like IC engine in construction but in IC engine fuel is burned inside the cylinder. In sterling engine a closed cycle is used a hydrogen is fiied in cylinder permanently & heat is supplied on the head of cylinder by using solar reflecting plate.
Technical Activities :-
Kaizen Participation.
TPM [Total Productive Maintenance]
Participation in suggestion scheme.
